
Adrianne is the Owner and Lead Instructor/Facilitator of Patient Heart Services. She is a Certified CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor through both the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross, a Licensed Accessibility Specialist in the State of Minnesota, and a community health professional.
Adrianne is known for her ability to make complex and emotionally heavy topics approachable. She intentionally uses humor and fun to lower barriers, foster connection, and create learning environments where people feel safe engaging with complex subjects such as health, trauma, and community well-being. Her trainings and presentations are designed to be clear, relatable, and easy to understand, ensuring learners leave feeling confident rather than overwhelmed.
Her work is deeply grounded in a strong belief in Christ, a faith that shapes how she shows up—with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to service. Adrianne views education as a form of care and believes that people deserve to be met with dignity, grace, and practical support, especially when navigating challenging or high-stress situations.
Beyond her professional work, Adrianne is a proud mother to a son who is an aspiring pilot. Much of her work is driven by the goal of supporting and funding his dream of taking flight, a purpose that brings added meaning, motivation, and joy to everything she does.
In her free time, Adrianne enjoys listening to music, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. These moments of rest and connection help fuel the creativity, warmth, and steady presence she brings into every learning space.
